Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans seeks an experienced Information Services leader to drive strategic technical solution design aligned with enterprise architecture and business priorities. This role oversees work plans, governance of standards across environments, and complex operational issue resolution.

The position requires strong collaboration, budgeting insight, and advanced testing strategies, with a focus on scalable documentation and cross-functional leadership within the IS&T organization.

Qualifications

• 3 years Direct applications build, implementation and support experience.
• 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services or combination of Information Services and direct Health Care experience.
• Medium to Large-scale implementation/upgrades.
• Comprehensive test plans development.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic technical solution design to align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Directs creation of comprehensive work plans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
• Arthitects and governs configuration and implementation standards across development, staging, and production environments.
• Evaluates enterprise-wide processes, recommends optimizations, and leads resolution of complex operational issues.
• Establishes and enforces documentation standards, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Develops and validates complex test strategies, incorporating automation and performance benchmarks.
• Defines and maintains technology standards, influencing enterprise policies.
• Leads resource planning and estimation for large-scale initiatives.
• Monitors project execution, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality metrics.

Education

High School Diploma/GED

Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare

Master’s Degree Computer Science or Healthcare
