Prudential in Newark, NJ invites you to join the Annuities Sales team as a Sales Associate. This program offers hands-on training, exposure to retirement solutions, and a clear path to more senior roles within the Annuities National Sales Desk.

You will develop relationship-building and communication skills, pursue FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and a State Insurance license, and begin your career with a hybrid work arrangement 3 days on-site in Newark, Dresher, PA, or Shelton, CT.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027
• Desire to learn about annuities and investment products
• Ability to multitask and work under time constraints
• Self-motivated and team-focused
• Flexibility and desire to continuously improve
• Confident, persuasive, and credible over the phone and in person
• FINRA SIE, Series 6, 63, and State Insurance license required (or able to obtain within 120 days)

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop in the role with progression to more senior positions on the Annuities National Sales Desk
• Gain exposure to different departments throughout the organization
• Obtain FINRA SIE and Series licenses
• Promote to a Senior Inbound Sales Consultant role after licensing
