RTX in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a Senior Analyst, Sales Proposal Manager (onsite). You will lead end-to-end RFP/RFI responses, coordinate with Engineering and Legal, prepare financials, and support strategic pursuit activities to win business.

Strong communication, analytical skills and experience in proposal content are essential. The role sits in the Commercial Excellence & Strategy organization, working with Business Development, Engineering, Finance and Program Management to optimize

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience developing or managing proposal content.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end RFP and RFI responses from receipt to hand-off.
• Prepare project financials and support mgmt reviews.
• Partner with sales to develop budgets, pricing strategies and negotiation approaches.
• Coordinate with Engineering to analyze technical information and develop proposal content.
• Analyze product cost information and prepare financial presentations.
• Coordinate with leadership to confirm and validate project schedules.
• Manage, review and coordinate responses to customer inquiries.
• Support the Legal team in developing and preparing customer contracts.
• Identify and support efficiency improvements and business pursuit strategies.
