Badger Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Strategic Project Development Manager to lead pursuit, development, and execution planning of complex capital projects across North America from Houston. The role interfaces with key clients, coordinates cross‑functional estimating teams, and delivers final proposals and execution strategies that drive project success.

You will provide KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and pricing strategies to maximize market share on major projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development, or project management.
• Proven success in managing complex sales initiatives and strategic accounts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates pricing strategies and proposals tailored to capturing maximum market share on the largest projects in North America.
• Serves as executive point of contact for clients during pre-award phases, including design, value engineering, and proposal negotiation.
• Acts as post-award executive sponsor, aligning client and operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provides KPI dashboards and executive reporting, maintaining visibility through senior leadership.
• Oversees pursuit intelligence gathering, competitor benchmarking, and win strategy development.
