Badger Infrastructure Solutions in the North Atlantic Region seeks a Field Project Supervisor (Finance) to oversee projects from inception to client satisfaction, on time, within budget and within scope, while upholding Badger's safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, materials, vendor delivery, risk mitigation, data input, and on-site oversight; emphasis on communication, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or 3+ years of relevant education/experience.
• At least 2 years of project management/superintendent experience in construction.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists in executing major project plans ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and manager's business plan.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maintain budget, timeline, and customer expectations.
• Coordinates project schedules (3-week, 6-week, 3-month look ahead) and communicates updates.
• Arranges materials and equipment delivery with vendors.
• Identifies project risks and develops mitigation strategies.
• Manages data input for deliverables and reporting and ensures safety and quality compliance.
