Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead category strategies and multi-year roadmaps. You will manage complex supplier negotiations, drive end-to-end RFPs, and build strategic relationships with logistics and transportation partners.

You will track savings, ensure program compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 4–6 years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, Sage) and MS Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of category strategies and multi-year roadmaps.
• Manage complex negotiations for master sourcing agreements and pricing.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with clear specifications and timely execution.
• Foster strategic relationships with 3rd party logistics, transportation, parcel and driver vendors.
• Track and report savings, program compliance, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Safety, Legal and other stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of sourcing processes, tools and reporting.
