ADB Companies, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to provide executive leadership for nationwide, large-scale telecom and data center projects.

The role focuses on program governance, reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination across construction, engineering, permitting, finance, and operations. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PMO leadership within technology or utility construction, 5+ years at an executive program level, and strong business acumen, strategic

Formación

• 10+ years of end-to-end customer Project Management (PMO) experience in Technology/Data Center/Utility Construction
• 5+ years in a high-level Program Management executive role
• Experience launching multiple large-scale programs and managing complex contracts (SOWs, MSAs)

Responsabilidades

• Lead program functions including project plans, budgets, site trackers, and workflows for nationwide programs
• Manage executive reporting, RAID, status reports, inventory, and cost-to-complete
• Review and interpret complex contracts and change orders; establish governance and controls
