Job summary

Fastly, the edge cloud platform, is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Network Infrastructure to lead global infrastructure deployments, site builds, and expansions. You will coordinate across Network Operations, Data Center Provisioning, Finance, Legal, and suppliers to deliver complex programs on time.

This role involves travel to key offices and participation in equity and bonus programs, with a comprehensive benefits package described in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end development and execution of build and deployment plans.
• Lead complex, large-scale infrastructure projects, including new site builds, site augments, and decommissioning efforts.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Infrastructure Acquisition Managers, Network Operations, Supply Chain, Data Center Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other partners, ensuring clear accountability and successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain reporting frameworks to provide transparent visibility on deployment timelines, risks, and project health to stakeholders across the organization.
• Proactively identify critical path bottlenecks, risks, and blockers, escalating issues with data-driven mitigation strategies.
• Analyze project workflows to identify and implement opportunities for standardizing and automating processes, ensuring faster and more reliable infrastructure delivery.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of critical hardware and services.
• Collaborate as a core member of a high-impact team dedicated to building and scaling the world’s most performant edge computing network.
