Job summary

Fastly is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Network Infrastructure to scale our global edge network. You will drive end-to-end deployment plans, lead large-scale site builds, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure Acquisition, Network Operations, Data Center Engineering, Finance, and Legal.

This role requires 5–7+ years of program leadership in cloud/telecom environments, strong vendor management, and ability to translate complex tech needs into actionable roadmaps for

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years driving large-scale infrastructure programs within cloud services, CDN, OTT, data center, or telecommunications.
• Technical fluency in data center and network infrastructure architecture, including power specs and hardware deployment.
• Experience in a Production Engineering environment focused on Network Engineering, Acquisition, or Delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and data visualization to track milestones.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end development and execution of build and deployment plans.
• Lead complex, large-scale infrastructure projects including new site builds and decommissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Infrastructure Acquisition, Network Operations, Data Center Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Establish and maintain reporting frameworks on deployment timelines, risks, and project health.
• Identify critical bottlenecks and escalate with data-driven mitigation strategies.
• Analyze workflows to standardize and automate processes for faster delivery.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure timely procurement and delivery of hardware and services.
• Collaborate as a core member of a high-impact team building and scaling a performant edge network.
