Job summary

Fastly, a global edge cloud platform, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, from new site builds to augmentations and decommissioning.

You will orchestrate cross-functional work across network operations, supply chain, data centers, finance and legal, establish transparent reporting, identify bottlenecks, and drive on-schedule delivery with data-driven mitigation and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years leading large-scale infrastructure programs.
• Technical fluency in data center and network infra.
• Experience with hardware deployment lifecycles.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into roadmaps.
• Global capacity planning and supply chain logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment plans for complex infrastructure initiatives.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams.
• Establish reporting frameworks for deployment timelines and risks.
• Identify bottlenecks with data-driven mitigation plans.
• Analyze workflows to standardize and automate delivery.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to keep hardware delivery on schedule.
