The role requires deep experience with IMOs, BGAs, broker-dealers and related channels, plus credibility with executives on growth, strategy, and market trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance or financial services fields.
• Deep knowledge of life insurance, annuities, retirement services and distribution channels.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic member relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Develop account strategies to deepen engagement and retention.
