Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements and guide client delivery in Nashville. You will own workstreams, coach teams, and translate complex security requirements into business narratives for executives.

The role requires 10+ years in security operations, leadership in SOC, and hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, and AI-enabled defenses. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• 7+ years in leadership roles within SOC, security architecture, or consulting.
• Designing, optimizing log ingestion architectures for hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Proven business development with $2M+ annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies.
• Experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models, and playbook frameworks.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms in modernization programs.
• Create Sigma rules, CI/CD pipelines for detection deployment, and versioning in source control.
• Collaborate with project teams and technology partners to deliver cutting-edge capabilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners to support go-to-market efforts.
• Deliver and evolve SOC offerings that incorporate automation and AI to improve defense.
