Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements, from current-state assessments through target-state design, staffing models, and delivery oversight. • 10+ years of experience in security operations across multiple domains
• Proven track record of business development with significant bookings/pipeline
• Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies
• Experience on leading SIEM/SOAR platforms
• Leadership experience in SOC or security architecture roles

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessments to target-state design and implementation oversight
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and staffing frameworks
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development
• Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA within modernization programs
• Create battle-tested IR runbooks and enable automation using AI capabilities
