Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery and client leadership layer within the Cyber Resilience & Defense practice in the US. You will own workstreams or engagements, bring depth in SOC domains, and drive sales opportunities from RFPs to staffing plans.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
Minimum 7 years in leadership roles in the SOC, Security Architecture, or equivalent consulting roles.
Experience leading client-facing engagements from scoping through delivery and mentoring teams.
Experience with creating SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, and staff planning.
Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR platforms and threat engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
Develop SOC maturity roadmaps and operating models tailored to client environments.
Lead and quality-assure threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
Oversee integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms as part of modernization programs.
Create and evolve IR runbooks and automation using AI capabilities.
