Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security operations across multiple domains.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles within SOC, Security Architecture, or equivalent consulting roles.
• Experience designing, optimizing and assessing log ingestion architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Proven track record with business development, including $2M+ in annual bookings or pipeline ownership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements from current-state assessment to target-state design and implementation oversight.
• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models, and playbook frameworks.
• Lead threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and KPI framework development.
• Oversee SIEM/SOAR integration and automation efforts, including IR runbooks and Sigma rule management.
• Engage with clients and technology partners to deliver cutting-edge capabilities powered by AI and automation.
