• 5+ years in matrix organizations.
• 5+ years resolving high-priority conflicts.
• 5+ years applying PM principles and methodologies.
• 5+ years with system development methodologies.
• 5+ years communicating stakeholder needs clearly.
• 5+ years building consensus and negotiating outcomes.
• 5+ years managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large strategic projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder engagement, including project health reporting and sponsor meetings.
• Coordinate product owners, development leadership, business stakeholders, and vendors to align release scope.
• Establish governance frameworks, intake processes, and operational procedures.
• Develop project plans, staffing strategies, budgets, schedules, and status reporting.
• Monitor quality, scope, risks, and issues; escalate to executives when needed.
• Ensure execution aligns with PM methodology and prioritization processes.
• Contribute to departmental objectives through additional PM activities.
