Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital products across marketing, design, analytics, and technology teams. You will translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience guiding digital products from concept through launch, with strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in digital products or digital experiences.
• 5+ years in digital industry or technology-driven environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technology, design, analytics, and business teams.
• Experience developing and managing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, and epics.
• Experience using Agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Technology, Operations, Design, Analytics, and other teams to develop strategies for opportunities and improving digital experiences.
• Develop product strategies and implementation plans aligned with priorities and KPIs.
• Monitor digital trends, customer behavior, and technology to inform roadmaps.
• Analyze product and business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Gather and document requirements across all aspects of product initiatives with impacted teams.
• Drive execution of roadmaps by ensuring teams understand goals and requirements.
• Translate product concepts into user stories, epics, and briefs.
• Serve as primary PM during product/feature rollouts and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with technical, creative, and production teams to resolve defects and blockers.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
