Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years in Product Manager or Delivery Manager roles.
• Project Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and enforce consistent program management practices across Data Platform & Engineering.
• Collaborate with program managers and product teams to implement operating models and reporting standards.
• Drive adherence to program management processes and ensure artifacts are captured and stored for auditability.
• Develop understanding of the Data Platform & Engineering organization to identify blockers and dependencies.
• Use Jira to manage iteration and quarterly planning for multiple product teams.
• Ensure Jira reflects team commitments as the single source of truth for status.
• Validate Epics are well-defined and estimates are accurate, with ongoing refinement.
• Record scope changes, issues, and risks in Jira per program guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies identified by finance within Jira.
• Support accurate financial tracking and reporting.
