Job summary

NewtonX, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate / Associate Manager for the Strategic Insights team to deliver high-impact research for leading clients. You will design research plans, run interviews and surveys, and synthesize findings into actionable stories for executives.

Based in NYC with hybrid or remote options, you will work with world-class companies across industries, presenting insights and managing multi-project timelines while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of professional work experience in market research or a top consultancy.
• Experience designing interview guides and surveys to uncover insights.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and tell a clear story.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed research plans aligned with client objectives.
• Create interview guides and surveys addressing client needs.
