Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives across the organization and partner with HR leads to ensure effective execution of policies and processes. You will mentor the HRBP team and contribute to training and development across the HR function.

The role emphasizes strategic collaboration with leadership, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee relations, with a focus on aligning HR practices to business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• 8–10 years related HR experience.
• 3–4 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic coaching and guidance to leaders to achieve business objectives.
• Lead the Annual Review and Calibration Process, including form revisions and system config.
• Lead Succession Planning and 9-Box for the organization.
• Advise management on pay-for-performance, workforce planning, and HR policies.
• Partner with HRBPs to resolve complex employee relations issues and analyze attrition data.
