Tredence Inc. is seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the organization. You will align HR strategy with business priorities and drive impact in talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

This high-visibility role offers broad ownership and the opportunity to shape how Tredence attracts, develops, engages, and retains top talent across Morris Plains, NJ and Chicago, IL.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a lead HRBP role with independent ownership of a large business unit.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Services, Analytics, Technology, or Consulting environments.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior business leaders to drive organizational and talent outcomes.
• Proven experience managing employee relations and talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to design and execute HR strategies that support business goals and growth.
• Analyze HR metrics to guide leadership decision-making and improve retention and productivity.
• Lead change management initiatives, including organizational design and culture transformation.
• Coach managers and employees to foster accountability, inclusion, and development.
• Own end-to-end talent processes: onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Drive succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
