This role will secure funding from foundations, government agencies, and corporate partners, while overseeing the grants lifecycle and compliance.

The position emphasizes collaborative leadership, data-driven reporting, and strategic relationship development to sustain and expand CHS programs and services across communities in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, public policy, social sciences, or a relevant field required. Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic grants strategy and manage the full grants lifecycle from prospecting to reporting.
• Develop compelling, compliant proposals and budgets tailored to funder requirements.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with foundations, government grantors, family and corporate foundations, and partners.
• Collaborate with Finance and program leadership to align grant activities with budgets and capacity.
• Track outcomes and report on dollars awarded, proposals submitted, and new foundations cultivated.
