Qualifications

• 7+ years in nonprofit fundraising with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive donor acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Experience managing donor portfolios and major gifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy to support mission growth.
• Build relationships with donors, prospects, partners.
• Manage portfolio of major gift donors and high-capacity prospects.
• Lead annual giving, major gifts, campaigns, sponsorships, planned giving, stewardship.
• Coach and support Development team.
• Track progress toward fundraising KPIs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Programs, and other departments.
• Use Salesforce and fundraising data to guide decision-making.
