Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance, to own user-based financial models (LTV/CAC and unit economics) and partner with Growth to translate performance into strategic narratives for leadership and investors.

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Finance, this full-time role can be based in a US office or remote within the United States, with ownership of data infrastructure powering the models and close collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or equivalent experience.
2+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, growth analytics, or investment banking.
Strong financial modeling and Excel/Sheets proficiency; capable of building models from scratch.
SQL proficiency; ability to self-serve within data warehouse.
Data fluency to spot issues and articulate findings clearly to the Data team.
Solid FP&A fundamentals: forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data to senior audiences.
Comfort in a fast-paced startup-like environment with ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

Build and own financial models across Users, including acquisition, retention, LTV/CAC, and unit economics.
Maintain SQL queries powering the models and self-serve data end-to-end.
Identify data anomalies, diagnose root causes, and work with Data to fix sources.
Support user forecasting during monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
Turn ad hoc finance/growth questions into clear, defensible analyses.
Surface actionable insights to cross-functional partners and leadership.
Collaborate with Growth on acquisition decisions and spend; light Data/Product collaboration.
Translate user economics into the narrative shown to senior leadership and investors.
