Job summary

Pivotal Health is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own high-priority financial and strategic analyses. You will build models from scratch, forecast performance, and partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Analytics, Product, and Growth to inform strategic decisions and drive growth.

You will report to the Director of Strategic Finance and Analytics, helping scale financial infrastructure and decision-support capabilities for a rapidly growing healthcare tech platform.

Qualifications

• Completed a formal analyst training program in investment banking or similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• 3–5 years of investment banking experience; additional strategic finance or high-growth experience is a plus.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills; able to build analyses from a blank sheet.
• Highly comfortable with large datasets and reconciling information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Own complex financial and strategic analyses from question through recommendation.
• Build financial models from scratch to evaluate products, pricing, unit economics, investments, partnerships and other decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, explain performance, and surface insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Ops, Analytics, Product, Growth and others to validate assumptions and find the right answer.
• Develop forecasts and decision-making frameworks and translate drivers into models.
