Job summary

You will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating with customer teams and Zoovu’s internal stakeholders to deliver a great lifecycle experience.

You will lead onboarding and training, monitor health signals, and identify expansion opportunities with the Sales team, ensuring customers realize clear business

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong track record of improving adoption, satisfaction, retention, and renewals.
• Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders including senior decision makers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Proactive, structured approach to managing customer risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall relationship with assigned customers and serve as Zoovu's primary contact.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Help customers achieve business goals through Zoovu products and measure value.
• Increase platform adoption and support renewals and retention.
• Deliver webinars, enablement sessions, and product training for customer teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
