Jobgether is seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across Accounting, Finance, and operations from discovery through deployment. You will partner with C-suite stakeholders to build a measurable roadmap, develop business cases, and deliver ROI-driven automation across financial functions.

The role requires deep AI knowledge, strong project management, and experience coordinating vendor selections while ensuring regulatory compliance and data security.

Formación

• 7+ years in project management, business transformation, or AI implementation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and workflow automation in business settings.
• Experience mapping processes, identifying inefficiencies, and ROI measurement.
• Ability to select, manage, and oversee external vendors/partners with budgets and timelines.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance workflows, reporting, and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with leaders across departments to assess processes and identify AI automation opportunities.
• Evaluate initiatives based on business impact, complexity, cost savings, and ROI.
• Develop business cases and prioritize AI initiatives.
• Lead AI transformation roadmap and translate opportunities into project plans.
• Oversee AI implementation from discovery to deployment and adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule and deliver outcomes.
• Drive automation in accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and budgeting.
• Define requirements with accounting/finance SMEs and ensure compliant solutions.
