Job summary

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Congress Planning and Management to lead national and international congress activities that bolster product awareness and drive commercial growth. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliant promotional activities across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.

The role emphasizes strategic planning with hands-on execution, vendor management, and rigorous post-congress analysis to maximize ROI

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience supporting commercial congresses, meetings, events, or customer engagement.
• Experience leading national and international congress planning and execution.
• Experience managing exhibit booths, sponsorships, promotional activities, customer events, and agency relationships.
• Experience with CRM, project management, and event management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead national and international congress planning from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Legal, Corporate Communications.
• Develop and manage congress budgets; track timelines and deliverables.
• Define KPIs, conduct post-congress debriefs, and apply insights.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and cross-functional oversight.
