Job summary

Celcuity is seeking an Associate Director, Congress Planning to lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of its congress program. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and other teams to deliver impactful experiences, manage budgets, vendors, and on-site operations, and drive improvements across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biotech/pharma with large-scale congress experience.
• Proven ability to lead exhibit and congress programs.
• Strong PM, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical environment and compliant planning.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Willingness to travel and onsite leadership for events.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic framework for Celcuity’s congress program across Tier 1 conferences.
• Lead planning and execution of Tier 1/2 medical congresses (e.g., ASCO, ESMO).
• Align congress plans with commercial, medical, and corporate objectives.
• Oversee exhibit/booth design, housing, meetings, and onsite operations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to maximize value.
• Establish standards, processes, and SOPs for congress planning.
• Measure performance and optimize future investments.
