Job summary

Celcuity is seeking an Associate Director, Congress Planning to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the company’s congress program. This role partners with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and other teams to deliver impactful congress experiences, enhance visibility, and support corporate objectives.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, vendor management, and on-site operations across a growing portfolio of conferences, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience leading large-scale medical congresses and exhibit programs.
• Strong project management, budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Proactive with respect to congress planning and pharmaceutical environment.
• Willingness to travel and onsite leadership for congresses.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic framework for congress program from Tier 1 to sales-led events.
• Lead planning and execution of Tier 1 and Tier 2 medical congresses (ASCO, ESMO, SABCS, etc.).
• Align congress plans with commercial, medical, and corporate objectives.
• Oversee exhibit/booth design, activation planning, and onsite operations.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships; ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
