Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Communications to lead internal and external messaging for TE's Digital Data Networks business unit, including executive communications, employee engagement, investor relations and media interactions.

The role partners with the GM and leadership to translate priorities into compelling narratives and protect TE's reputation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism or PR.
• 8+ years in communications with executive advisory experience.
• Global/BB interactions in corporate communications preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to distill technical info.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a messaging framework aligned with the GM's priorities.
• Build and execute strategic communications plans for internal and external audiences.
• Lead executive communications rhythm to strengthen leadership visibility and engagement.
• Provide strategic communications counsel to leadership and partners.
• Develop and lead communications for large-scale change initiatives (M&A, restructuring).
• Support site-level communications across regions and manufacturing locations.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen frontline employee experience and anticipate issues.
• Lead crisis and risk communications with TE teams and protect reputation.
• Manage a senior communications specialist and develop their career.
• Establish and report on communications performance metrics.
• Serve as journalist and chief storyteller to drive compelling content.
