Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in program management or digital transformation within a large organization.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-year, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders and global teams.
• Experience with large-scale digital, marketing technology, or customer experience modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and orchestration of complex, multi-year digital programs aligned with enterprise and Digital COE strategy.
• Translate strategic objectives into integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and manage program governance, operating rhythms, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate across project leads to drive progress against scope, milestones, and budgets.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional working sessions.
