NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Account Executive in Indianapolis to develop and maintain client and carrier relationships. You will prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategies for new business and renewals with supervision. The role may lead client engagements and carry revenue or retention targets.

The position requires a P&C license and typically 5+ years of industry experience, with a BA/BS preferred. Competitive compensation with incentives and strong PeopleFirst culture.

Formación

• BA/BS preferred.
• Typically more than 5 years of industry and product line experience.
• P&C Insurance License required.
• CIC, CPCU or other P&C designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Work with Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients.
• Maintain accurate information to avoid E&O claims.
• Maintain a diary to ensure policies and endorsements are received as requested.
• Supervise or direct daily activities of Coordinators and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact and client visits.
