Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Insurance Support Specialist in Kentucky to support client service and renewal processes. You will develop relationships with carriers and clients, prepare renewal materials, and help ensure accuracy of proposals.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent plus 3+ years in client service, and a P&C license. You will work with Account Executives and maintain client files, with a competitive compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; BA/BS preferred
• 3+ years client service/industry experience
• P&C Insurance License required
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage client/carrier interactions

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; may participate in meetings
• Prepare and send RFPs to carriers and summarize results
• Review proposals and carrier source documents with Account Executive
• Communicate directly with clients and carriers
• Create and maintain client files in accordance with procedures
