NFP Corp in Indianapolis is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships, prepare applications, and develop marketing strategies for new business and renewals with supervision. The role may lead as primary contact for clients and may involve revenue and retention targets.

The position requires a P&C license, strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills with 5+ years of industry experience. A BA/BS is preferred and performance-based incentives may apply.

Competenze

• BA/BS preferred.
• Typically more than 5 years industry and product line experience.
• P&C Insurance License required.
• CIC, CPCU or other P&C designation preferred.

Mansioni

• Negotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Works with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clients.
• Maintains accurate information to avoid any E&O claims.
• May supervise daily activities of Coordinators and Account Managers.
• Builds and maintains relationships with carriers and clients through regular contact.
