Lyric in the United States is seeking a Strategic Client Programs Lead to drive post-sales programs for strategic clients across multiple teams. You will establish program governance, coordinate cross-functional work, and escalate decisions through governance channels to maximize value realization.

You will translate client objectives into coordinated work, track progress, and manage readiness for releases and implementations, ensuring commitments are met and stakeholders stay aligned.

Competenze

• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in program management, client success, professional services, PMO, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience managing detailed plans and reporting for large, cross-functional, client-facing initiatives.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and establish accountability without direct reporting authority.
• Experience connecting implementation, ongoing operations, adoption.
