Job summary

Lyric is seeking a Strategic Client Programs Specialist (Remote - US) to lead post-sales programs for strategic clients. You will align client goals with cross-functional teams, drive governance, risk management, and reporting to ensure commitments are met and value realization is maximized.

The role requires coordinating with Client Success, Product, Clinical, Analytics, Technology, Content, Operations, and Delivery teams, escalating decisions through governance channels as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in program management, client success, PMO, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience managing detailed plans and reporting for large, cross-functional, client-facing initiatives.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and establish accountability without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated program plan covering strategic initiatives, active implementations, operational priorities, milestones, deliverables, owners, and dependencies.
• Coordinate planning across workstreams and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Track progress, follow up with owners, and escalate issues as needed.
• Establish and manage program cadences, governance meetings, and executive reviews.
• Prepare governance materials, decisions, and follow-up actions.
