Job summary

Lyric is hiring a Strategic Client Programs Specialist to lead cross-functional, post-sales programs for strategic clients in a remote U.S. setting.

You will drive governance, manage risks, and coordinate teams across Client Success, Product, Clinical, Analytics, Technology, Content, Operations, and Delivery to ensure commitments are met and value realization is maximized. The role emphasizes collaborating with client stakeholders, translating objectives into coordinated work, and escalating

Qualifications

Minimum of seven years of experience in program management, client success, PMO, consulting, or a related field.
Experience managing detailed plans and reporting for large, cross-functional, client-facing initiatives.
Experience with executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive accountability.
Experience connecting implementation with ongoing operations and adoption.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of client goals, operating environment, and measures of success.
Coordinate experts across Product, Clinical, Analytics, and Operations to assess client needs and craft recommendations.
Identify underused Lyric capabilities and drive value realization for the client.
Track progress against client outcomes and coordinate with experts to close gaps.
Connect implementation insights to future planning and priorities.
