Edward Jones is seeking a senior Change Management and Communications strategist to lead end-to-end field change initiatives. You will influence decisions, translate strategies into actionable plans, and manage a matrix team across Practice Management, Field Learning, Market Management, and more.

The role requires 10+ years in Change Management or related areas, strong writing and storytelling, and a Prosci or equivalent certification within one year. Tempe, AZ and St.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Communications or Sales Enablement.
• Knowledge of common change management approaches and processes.
• Prosci or equivalent certification within 1 year.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into strategies and deliverables.
• Advanced writing, storytelling and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Use strategic consultation to advise and influence decisions.
• Understand practice teams and their role in serving clients.
• Design and deliver field change and communication strategies.
• Translate complex strategies into human-centered narratives and plans.
• Lead a matrix team to deliver activation strategies for priorities.
• Anticipate shifts in strategy and adjust execution plans accordingly.
• Partner with leaders to track and report progress toward outcomes.
