Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Field Change Communications & Enablement Administration leader to own end-to-end field communications strategy and execution across Wealth advisory teams. You will set vision, coordinate collateral development, and align across Marketing, Practice Management, Training, and Product to enable frontline associates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in field communications or related roles.
• 10+ years of leadership and strategy development preferred.
• University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a holistic field/client-facing change management and communication strategy, including tools, messaging, and channels tailored to content and level of change across Wealth.
• Partners with Practice Management to develop role-based communications forums and ongoing support.
• Manages the Distribution Change calendar, monthly Wealth Enablement updates, and key communication forums for Field, Distribution, COO, and Executive Management audiences.
• Centralizes communications and collateral for Wealth Distribution teams, ensuring a coordinated communication timeline, methodology, and content for change-related notifications.
• Collaborates with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Change Management, Training, Wealth CAO and broader Wealth teams to align on communication strategy and execution.
• Creates and monitors success metrics by communication method and channel, using engagement data and field feedback to refine strategy.
• Advises partners and provides sign-off on communication strategy and tool enhancements and key projects.
• Maintains strategic relationships with Wealth leadership to drive effective communication strategies for frontline associates.
• Signs off on Field facing communications tool enhancements and coordinates messaging with Training and Practice Management teams.
• Oversees Wealth Enablement overall communication plan, project inventory, team calendar, and partner communications.
• Serves as point of contact for Field Social Media strategy with Legal, Compliance, and Supervision.
