Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, project management, marketing, events, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution with plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and deliver strategic executive communications, remarks, and presentations.
• Support events, sponsorships, memberships, and executive engagements with logistics and coordination.
• Manage partner relationships, communications, and cross-functional efforts; support contracts and budgets.
• Monitor performance, maintain dashboards, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
