Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in communications, public relations, journalism, media relations, or related fields.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to learn new business areas, priorities, and opportunities.
• Agile, curious mindset that pursues new approaches amid ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Experience advising senior leaders in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong writing, storytelling, messaging development, and multi-channel content creation.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without authority.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies that support enterprise priorities and reputation goals.
• Advise senior leaders and partners on strategy, messaging, and external visibility opportunities.
• Identify proactive storytelling opportunities that showcase the firm's priorities and value.
• Create messaging, media materials, FAQs, thought leadership, and executive communications.
• Build relationships with media and secure earned media aligned with business goals.
• Prepare spokespeople for interviews, engagements, and external opportunities.
• Lead communications support for cross-functional initiatives across business areas.
• Anticipate risks and opportunities, offering recommendations to strengthen understanding.
