City National Bank seeks a Business Systems Manager II to serve as the bridge between business users and technology. You will ensure clear communication of business needs, supervise junior analysts, and support system implementations within a banking software delivery context.

You will lead requirements elicitation, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and drive end-to-end analysis from design through post-implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 6+ years in a Senior Business Analyst role in a banking software delivery organization
• 1 year leading and/or direct management of other Sr. Business Analysts
• Demonstrates Subject Matter Expertise in all areas of the BA function.
• SCRUM methodology; BPMN Process Workflow standards; Banking domain knowledge; SQL proficiency; Agile tools.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business needs through thorough analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Collaborates with the technical team to implement systems.
• Produces BRD, functional specs, user stories, and wireframes guiding system function.
• Performs end-to-end impact analysis across processes.
• Creates UAT test plan and test traceability matrix; helps solve defects.
• Trains end users and provides documentation.
• Ensures seamless integration with existing operations; supports post-production issues.
• Supervises junior analysts and reviews key deliverables.
• Participates in roadmap planning with Product Manager.
