You will analyze requirements, craft user stories and wireframes, and coordinate with engineering to implement systems while maintaining operational integrity across processes and data. This position includes leadership responsibilities and a focus on quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years senior BA experience in banking software delivery.
• 1 year leading or managing Sr. BAs.
• PMI or Six Sigma certifications preferred.
• SCRUM, BPMN, SQL and banking domain knowledge advantageous.
• Experience with Jira, ADO, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Identify business needs through analysis and elicitation.
• Collaborate with tech teams to implement systems.
• Produce requirements, specs, user stories, and wireframes.
• Perform end-to-end impact analysis across data and processes.
• Create UAT test plans and traceability matrices.
• Train end users and provide documentation.
• Support integration into existing operations and post-production issues.
• Supervise and coach junior analysts; review deliverables.
