Qualifications

• BS / BA in technical discipline
• MBA preferred
• 5+ years in account management or sales in semiconductor capital equipment
• Experience with key/global customers
• Project management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer trust by delivering on commitments
• Drive customer success by enabling strategies that meet revenue and targets
• Support new technology product selections and opportunities with cross-functional teams
• Identify business opportunities by understanding Lam processes and customer requirements
• Negotiate deals with customer teams and define value-based packages
• Define beta/evaluation systems and ensure test plan alignment and closure
• Meet forecast accuracy for revenue and targets
• Align SAP/CRM forecasts and coordinate with install teams
• Participate in regular forecast reviews with Sales & Bus. Ops
• Ensure pricing and terms are accurate
