The role emphasizes strategic negotiation, cross-functional leadership, and delivering results in a high‑pressure semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 6 years' experience in customer relationship and sales management.
• Deep knowledge of wafer fab equipment, integration and technologies.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own customer engagement and commercial execution for dielectric deposition technologies, supporting qualifications, ramps, and long-term growth.
• Support product selection with engineering and sales teams; gather data, respond to inquiries, and address technical and commercial terms.
• Manage demand forecasts and coordinate with Operations to ensure on-time delivery and mitigation of backorders.
• Lead development program prioritization, pilots, and ramp activities.
• Drive technology transfer and ramp planning with cross-functional teams.
