Responsibilities

• Manage oversight of a client’s campaign with superior service, maximizing growth and efficiency.
• Meet business KPIs and development within signed IOs.
• Own the Client Experience and exceed expectations to build long-term partnerships.
• Lead strategic channel planning with creative, brand success, sales, and media investment.
• Grow relationships with senior client stakeholders through industry and influencer knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal partners to assess campaign performance vs objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and share insights with the team.
• Identify and pursue revenue opportunities with key clients.
