Linqia in Chicago is seeking a Sr. Strategic Accounts Manager to serve as a senior client partner across enterprise brand campaigns.

You will oversee strategic account programs, drive innovative influencer-led objectives, and coordinate between media, creative, and brand teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will manage top-tier client relationships, align IOs with business goals, monitor KPIs, and ensure outstanding service that leads to repeat business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of client management and media/influencer experience in agencies.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client campaigns, delivering high-touch service and maximizing opportunities.
• Meet business KPIs within signed IOs and drive repeat business.
• Own the client experience, exceeding expectations and building long-term partnerships.
• Lead strategic channel planning with creative, brand success, and media teams.
• Develop strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and influencers.
• Monitor campaign performance to assess objective achievement and ROI.
