Introw is the #1 AI-native partner management platform, and we’re hiring a storyteller and community manager to build our community from scratch, grow our newsletter, and connect with influencers. You will craft compelling narratives that engage partnership professionals and turn ideas into action.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success to translate community energy into pipeline, run events and growth experiments, and help Introw win the category globally.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, community, PR, or partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent written English. Dutch or French is a plus.
• A people person who loves events, real conversations, and getting strangers to talk to each other.
• Analytical enough to let data guide decisions.
• Keen to learn agentic workflows and use AI to compress work.
• Strong network in partnerships, channel, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build out our community from scratch: partnership managers to connect with each other.
• Own our newsletter and grow it into the must-read for partnership professionals.
• Map influencers and thought leaders, build relationships, and turn them into friends of Introw.
• Run PR, partner and influencer marketing campaigns to raise Introw's profile.
• Stay close to trends and join conversations with industry voices.
• Make meetups, roundtables, webinars, and events bigger, better, and more memorable.
• Run growth experiments to grow brand awareness and pipeline.
• Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and double down on what grows.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and customer success to turn community energy into pipeline.
