Workgenius Group seeks a Partner Marketing & Community Manager to lead marketing for external research partnerships from onboarding to public launch, translating research into compelling narratives and partner success stories.

You will build academic and nonprofit collaborations, create case studies, blogs, and newsletters, and drive community engagement through events and digital channels, with a strong emphasis on AI tools to scale impact.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years marketing, communications, or partnerships experience, incl. 3+ years partner/community-facing.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling, ability to simplify complex research for external audiences.
• Experience with academic institutions, nonprofits, research organizations, or university partnerships.
• Proven success developing external content and campaigns; strong community building and events.
• Strong PM skills; bachelor's required, master's preferred; familiarity with AR/VR, wearables, computer vision, AI, or accessibility tech a plus.

• Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, nonprofits, and external partners; drive community engagement through events and digital channels.
• Lead cross-functional launches by managing timelines, deliverables, approvals, and stakeholder coordination.
• Track marketing performance, community growth, and partner satisfaction; scale engagement with AI tools and automation.
